Vietnam - Sa Dec Flower Village in Dong Thap province, Southern Vietnam.

Sa Dec village is situated in Tan Quy Dong commune, Dong Thap province.  Situated by the bank of annually windy Tien River of fertility and sun.  Sa Dec flower village is the homeland of hundreds "uncanny flowers and strange grass" .  Sa Dec village is one of the popular tourist attractions in Dong Thap

This is the largest area planting chilli in Cuu Long Delta area. Planting chilli has high economic calue, provides jobs for local labor force and attracts workers from other places to be hired to collect chilli.  The "chilli capital" is also a nice place for nearby provinces to visit and learn experience.
